The aim?  To get you JACKED by lifting heavier, improving your form, and hitting the gym with confidence and intent - all without taking too much time out of your schedule.

Training every body part every session helps to reduce muscle soreness, hit a full-body pump, and keep your sessions more interesting.   Hypertrophy Specific Training (HST) might sound complicated, but it just means increasing the weights lifted on the same movement throughout the programme. It’s my own preferred method of training, so you know I’m a fan!
