Looking for a visitor to run a sports, fitness or wellbeing workshop day at your school, club or organisation?
Let's work together to build & deliver a fun, educational, and inspiring day that suits your pupils, team or members:
-
Talk / Assembly
Sports are great for some people, but what if you're not sporty? I'll talk about all the different forms fitness can take, and how moving your body for fun and wellbeing doesn't always have to mean playing sport!
-
Talk / Assembly
Fitness isn't just about physical health - it's about being mentally healthy, too! Talking to young people about discipline, determination & mindset is something I believe can set healthy habits that will serve them well for the rest of their lives.
-
Fitness Sessions
I'll put your pupils or members through one of my group fitness sessions and teach them some fundamentals of strength & conditioning, and even start with the basics of weightlifting - whilst throwing a few fun games in there to keep the energy high!
-
Career Insights
As an independent female gym owner, I have lots to share about opening and running my own facility, as well as my online personal training & coaching business - careers talks are also available for older pupils or college settings.
-
Gladiators Q&A:
Ask me anything! My wild ride on BBC1's Gladiators is something I love to share with kids and adults alike, so a Q&A session is a popular choice for visits. I can even bring along the big shiny trophy, and an autograph card for each child.
-
Sports Day / Event Appearance:
Want to add some fun to your sports day, or lead a fitness session at an event? One-off sessions are available, so get in touch for availability.
